Excellent hotel adjacent to the Ford Center. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone look for a great stay.
Accommendations were great. We did your breakfast buffet the next morning. Food was fairly good, but thought the price of the buffet was a little pricey. Also, the temperature in the lobby was extremely cool, could save on utilities by upping the temp a little.
Convenient location; free parking; friendly staff
Awesome place! Clean, comfortable, beautiful building. Awesome bed and room! Highly recommend.
Hot water in shower sucked. Barely warmer than the cold. House keeping banging on door at 845am to see if we had checked out yet….

When I checked in the guy "helping" me wasn't welcoming and the exchange was awkward. He had me swipe my card. Which was already in his system. The room was decent. I've always stayed at this hotel on this holiday. The entire evening there was another guest who stayed directly above my room stomping and falling on the floor for hours. I couldn't rest. I heard thumping most of the night. In the morning the cleaning lady knocked so hard on the door next to me I jumped up out of my sleep to answer the door. She apologized and s... read more

I've stayed at this hotel many times for the Thanksgiving weekend. This is the first year that I have had to pay for parking in the deck behind the hotel. I'm not clear if it is the hotel parking lot, but I was charged $17.50 to stay overnight. I wish this had been made clear when I booked as the room might not have seemed such a bargain. When I inquired about it I was told that they are now charging to park and that there were two free parking lots/decks within walking distance.
