front desk staff was terrible. Yuki Yuli or something like that was her name. We have stayed at property many times over the years. it has gone down hill and desperately needs an update.

Selected because it is attached to the venue. Bad to have only one person at the desk at 3pm when check-in begins; had a long wait and desk clerk was rushed due to long line. Were we supposed to get a cookie? Did not receive one. Expected a little more from a Hilton property.

Location Great location to Ford center and some restaurants. Nice hotel. But do they really have to charge $3.00 for a bottle of water in the room if you are not a high tier member? Seems kind of petty, but it’s the small courtesies that make or break a business. Come on already!

The one issue with my stay is the fact that I had to pay $17.50 to park in the parking garage. Last time I stayed at this hotel, parking was compensated. It was never offered during check in or check out. As a guest, I don’t feel like I should have to pay for parking. I will be staying at a hotel that doesn’t charge for parking next time. I come to Evansville often and love this hotel, but this was a little disappointing. Room wasn’t available until after 6 pm, concert at 7. No way to get ready and just had to go straight there. Terribly inconvenient. Lobby bartender Jennifer was rude, horrible treated us horribly. While we were ordering she walked away for 10 minutes. I asked her for bourbon list, she said we have a lot but Woodford best she had. Would definitely skip the Hilton The room was not very clean. We asked for some extra towels upon arrival and they never brought them. The mattress and pillows were lumpy. We had ran out of toilet paper and asked housekeeping for an extra roll and they said they would have to have someone bring us some. No one did. We had to use kleenex.
