The beds are very comfortable, the room quiet and clean. We had to ask to get coffee packets because they weren’t replenished after housekeeping went through. The television wasn’t working and we had to ask several times to have it repaired. The hotel charges 15.00 a day for parking and 13.00 for a basic breakfast that is free anywhere else.

-After reviewing room options online, I called to make my reservation. I wanted one king bed for myself and my two kiddos (ages 3 & 5). Lady on the phone said I couldn’t book that for 3 people; I needed to either book two queens or a King suite. I informed her that online it was showing this room available for three people. “Well I guess you’ll have to book it online then.” -When we arrived, kiddos were excited for chocolate chip cookies but they were oatmeal chocolate chip & nut...not exactly kid-friendly. -The entrance fro... read more

Did not like to pay for parking garage $15 for overbite parking

We got to our room only to discover the bathroom had not been cleaned. Told them at the front desk and the only thing said was I will tell house keeping. Makes me wonder how clean the bed really was.

The property is beautiful! However I wasn’t pleased to find out it’s a $15 charge to use the parking garage even if you’re staying in the hotel.

Didn’t like that staff didn’t give very good directions to, then from, parking garage then to room.

Amazing staff! When we got here the restroom in our room was not very clean.

Hall of fame banquet. Single WORST buffet dinner
