Don’t be a Richard!!! I was very disappointed at check in Richard (the desk clerk) had no hospitality! We were friendly and tried to make the best of it even though he was very grouchy and short with us. He was of no assistance, besides getting us checked in! Richard needs to learn some custom service manners! I also believe Richard hates his job! Other then Richard our stay was great, the room was very clean and comfortable!

Hotel staff was terrible. Full of attitude and not accommodating. They shut the restaurant and bar early when they had does of people complaining. The bar was supposed to close at 11pm and the restaurant at 10 pm. They closed it at 7pm.

I booked the junior suite and was highly disappointed. The view was nice but the room was dirty. There were kid toys behind furniture, the sheets were not washed properly, and windows were dirty. Unfortunately, I will not be staying at this location again.

I had hair that didn't belong to me in the shower, toliet had a lil roll, dust was under the lamp on the table by bed and the padding underneath had pee stains don't know if it's been washed. I used to work at double nothing like this

not good not great. the first room was filthy. dog hair on everything and it looked like it had never been dusted. we were moved to a different room and the bathroom sink was stopped up. this isn't a 30 a night place.

Terrible service/No follow up I left something in the safe when I checked out. I called the hotel very shortly afterwards. I asked them to not go into the safe until I came back. They did not listen. They went into the safe before I got back. The hotel stated that not everything I left in the safe was still there. I explained I would not have this dispute if you would have waited to open the locked safe until I returned which was about an hour later. Thin walls, ignore city laws, and crappy bosses Despite a Evansville mayor issued mandate on face coverings, this hotel refuses to do so much as put a sign up asking guests to wear masks in community areas - such as the tight confines of a elevator. Speaking to a line employee was useless, as the responses was an endless barrage of excuses. Looks are deceiving I couldn’t believe that I paid that much money and the outside looked promising but the room was disgusting. The pillows were so nasty that I slept without them. I would of requested new ones but I had arrived late and did not want to move my girls. I let the front desk know in the morning and the person could care less. No sorry. Nothing Won’t stay there again.

Disappointed The service ... or lack of it... was very disappointing. The receptionist seemed very uninterested. I'm a military retiree, 27 year disabled veteran - when i asked if a military discount was offered, the clerk said "I don't think so. I've never heard of it." and never bothered to find out. No suites with a tub were available for our couples getaway. The room was sparsely appointed. Very disappointed .
