Get directionsover charges for parking and no free coffee available unless you bought it from the attached Starbucks and $15.00 a night for parking.. over priced breakfast, I have stayed at nicer hotels for less than I paid for this and was treated much better

The room was dirty when we got there. Dirty stained sheets and pillows and bath mat in front of shower was wet. I dont think it was changed before we got there

Unorganized Unorganized, did not have my room ready and was told it was unavailable, after getting a different room they found me what I booked. The next day I noticed they double charged me for the stay.

Noisy and poor service! We checked in on Friday and check in went fine. When we got to the room it was obvious that it hadn't been vacuumed as we found someone's medication on the floor. The bed was nice and comfortable one of the only pluses during the stay. Our first night around 5 am we were awakened by constant banging noises. We arrived at hotel around 10:30pm. They could not find my reservation and then the hotels rat was $10 a night cheaper.

The bed was amazing!! The television did not work and had to call 3 different times to have it repaired. Toilet seat was broken.

The beds are very comfortable, the room quiet and clean. We had to ask to get coffee packets because they weren’t replenished after housekeeping went through. The television wasn’t working and we had to ask several times to have it repaired. The hotel charges 15.00 a day for parking and 13.00 for a basic breakfast that is free anywhere else.

-After reviewing room options online, I called to make my reservation. I wanted one king bed for myself and my two kiddos (ages 3 & 5). Lady on the phone said I couldn’t book that for 3 people; I needed to either book two queens or a King suite.
