Took three times get the right room. After speaking to manager he stated that he would add 20000 points to my hilton honors account yet the points never have arrived

Unfortunately, I made an error with booking dates. Although I am a loyal Hilton Honors Member, the hotel refused to change the dates referring back to the booking site, thus incurring charges for a stay I can't use in the future. They said they couldn't help and I need to contact Expedia.

Noise between floors All was good, except the circus going on upstairs. Lots of loud voices, running, jumping, etc. Might expect noise from next door, not necessarily upstairs. Simply, louder than expected.

Hotel was nice looking however, weird smell in floor hallway, like stale water from mop and toilet didnt flush. It was just an overnight stay so I am sure that would've been taken care of, but I let them know at check out.

Charge for parking that's open , cold ...and ...no walkway enclosure to main door which is on otherside of parking garage no lobby coffee and no included breakfast

Asking about how much the room was to book was awful. Asked if I should just call my bank to see how much I was charged lol. Then in person the same staff member (Joshua) was very unprofessional and kept staring at me asking if we had a problem. Unbelievable! Then he scheduled for a wake up call at 7am and again at 7:05am. What he didn’t realize was it wasn’t my room but my friends. I will not stay here again with staff like this nor will I send the rest of my family to stay here.
