The property is beautiful! However I wasn’t pleased to find out it’s a $15 charge to use the parking garage even if you’re staying in the hotel.

Didn’t like that staff didn’t give very good directions to, then from, parking garage then to room.

Amazing staff! When we got here the restroom in our room was not very clean.

Hall of fame banquet. Single WORST buffet dinner

$15 to park overnight and the front desk staff was short and rude while I was checking in. Beautiful place though!

I was charged $12 to park my car in the garage, it should be free if you got a room. Do you need the money that bad ??

I'm sorry but the garage is the city's property and anyone that parks in it has to pay. For future trips there is some limited parking that would not cost. Please ask the front desk is you need any assistance.

They fail to tell you that there is a 12.00 parking charge and no where else to park

I am sorry that it wasn't communicated better to you about parking. The city does own the garage so that is why there is a charge. Next time if your able to locate parking on the surrounding streets there is now charge. Thank you for your review and have a great day.

Took three times get the right room. After speaking to manager he stated that he would add 20000 points to my hilton honors account yet the points never have arrived

Unfortunately, I made an error with booking dates. Although I am a loyal Hilton Honors Member, the hotel refused to change the dates referring back to the booking site, thus incurring charges for a stay I can't use in the future. They said they couldn't help and I need to contact Expedia.
