Always a nice Getaway and Restaurants in the Casino are good and reasonable... will definitely stay again Rooms Clean and bed always comfortable for sleeping

Room with 2 beds was spacious. Pool was closed during our stay but didn’t know until we got there. Parking lot is well lit!

The room was clean and staff friendly but it only had one elevator working and the wait time was unreal. I spoke with a person who stays at this hotel a lot and they indicated that it happens a lot at this hotel.

When we arrived a little before check in we was told that no rooms where ready to come back after 4:30 and rooms should be available. The parking is bad due to the casino being across the parking lot they not only park in the casino area they also park in the hotel parking lot which makes it hard for the hotel guess to find parking. Especially handicap parking. When we finally got checked in everything was fine. The hotel has 24 hour check in which is convenient for travelers who does late night traveling. Only one elevator is working. The toilet was worn out. And still, no breakfast. They have a room that looks like they used to offer breakfast. The casino and tram was a great extra. We have stayed many times.
