We almost always stay here when we come to St. Louis. It’s easy access, the casino doesn’t hurt lol and parking is free and I’ve always felt secure with the camera monitoring the parking lots. Room was clean and staff was great!

The hotel was okay room was clean had some issues with the tv but eventually got it working and some remodeling has been completed and the first time that both elevators worked at the Hotel in over a year. I still wish they had a good place to eat in this area like a descent steakhouse or something the chicken place and the bridgeway food isnt very good.

The Light rail is close and that was plus.Staff could have been more helpful when I ask if our rooms where together. She said yes but they were on different ends of the hallway. Our mini fridge in our room didn't work. Rooms were very plain but they are clean. The Casino was just okay. Slot machines would hit bonuses but pay out was very small. The restaurants all closed at 11pm so couldn't get anything of substance to eat. After being turned away from a Taco Bell near by had to settle for vending machine food.

The hotel is next to the casino. There is plenty of parking. It's all open lot parking. At night the lots and the grounds are lit up like daytime and there is security driving around. Overall, the neighborhood is kind of seedy. I wouldn't venture outside of the casino area on foot. Check in with quick and easy. The front desk was very helpful. The room was clean.
