The staff at front desk when i checked in was great. She had me booked in a few minutes. The room was clean the only problem that i have is the elevator still bothers me there is always one broke down every month. Im always afraid that im going to get stuck in the operational one can you get these repaired please. Also need a good restaurant at the hotel or something because the restaurants at the casino arent any good.

Renovations on the property are impacting the wiring for things so maintenance has to be called to help but then doesn’t arrive. The front desk worker at night was very helpful with accommodating my frustrations and got me to a room where everything worked. The vents for the AC units were very dirty too and looked like cleaning isn’t a top priority for them.
