I wasn’t impressed with the service as I thought the staff was a little rude. We were not informed beforehand the the pool was closed. This should’ve been made clear in the booking process. I don’t think we will be staying here again.

Excellent Customer Service I booked about five minutes before arriving at the hotel. Although I had a confirmation from Hotels.com, they didn’t think they had availability. However, the staff was super helpful and got right to work, getting me into a freshly turned over room within about 15 minutes.

Property is a good place to stay if you plan to use the metro rail transportation. The casino was nice, our hotel room was older and in need of new flooring. We had a beautiful view of downtown St. Louis from our room window. Very easy to use the metro to get around downtown.
