There was food left in the refrigerator when we checked in, water pooled in the tub, and a soap wrapper on the floor in the bathroom. The front desk people were amazing, but the cleanliness of the room was lacking.

It's a shame Check in was quick and easy. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. We did have an issue with toilet (it was loose and rocking) as well as a hard and sticky stain on the rug. Unfortunately, we were already settled in for the night when we noticed these things. Maintenance was sent up to fix the toilet and was only able to give it a temporary fix. We were offered another room, but it was getting very late (10:30 pm?) and we were exhausted so we stayed.
