Staff was friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean. Good variety of food options in adjacient casino facility. Convienently located near public transportation to and from St. Louis attractions. Lone negative note is that only one of the two public elevators was in operation.

We stay here every year for an annual convention. Rooms are clean, some wear and tear on carpet and cabinetry but other than that we will continue to stay here. A con.. I don't think their right elevator has worked in 3 years so there is a bit of a wait but other than that. we will be back! And they have places to eat in the casino.. so convenient!
