Staff was great. View id the arch was awesome. Our room had horrible disgustinf big stains on the carpet. We had to put a towel over the boggest one just to not be so grossed out

I took the amtrak to St Louis and the Metra to the hotel and that was a quick, smooth way to get there. But once I did, it was a black hole. I arrived in need of a phone charger and cigarettes. Had to door dash both to me because there was nothing in safe walking distance. It's like a little island of safe - high fences and security on site - in a sea of unsafe.
