Most guests were there for the casino. The room was ok for cleanliness. The bed was comfortable. The shower head and toilet was a little out of repair. The staff was friendly. I liked the price for close proximity to the downtown and our me within 1.5 mile walking distance. The view of the St Louis arch was very nice.

Okay stay. Unfriendly front desk staff. They only know one facial expression apparently. No breakfast, not even a bagel or juice is disappointing for what we paid. The carpet in the room was yuck and stained. They should replace the carpet, but the room itself wasn't bad otherwise. It was clean other than the floor stains. We enjoyed having a view of the arch. When booking, it was said that the hotel was 3 minutes walking distance from The Dome. Beyond untrue, so don't believe that.

smooth stay stayed at this hotel for the Usher concert. clean rooms. nice people at the counter. just a good experience overall

Not what I was expecting.It didn't look very clean compared to other surrounding hotels. The carpet was dirty.

The staff was amazing. Everyone I see greeted me with a smile and was very helpful. My room was clean, but outdated. The carpets were nasty inside and out of the room. My overhaul stay was comfortable, but I will not book again until they upgrade their rooms. It's not the staff's fault. That they have failed to keep up

Fix the tv Checking in was great. Got to the room and the tv did not work. Was moved to a different room and most of the channels did not come in. Had to go to the casino to watch the game.
