Solo Trip 1st time here...attended the Chris Brown concert. Loved the location, room was nice and clean, everyone courteous. Loved the fact it was right next to the Casino- right outside the hotel main entrance. I will definitely be back.

We were able to check in to the hotel before 4 so that was really nice! This time we used the complimentary shuttle to the ball game and that worked out great! We did have an issue with our vehicle. We were parked hotel in the lot right right next to the hotel and someone stole our passenger mirror off of our van! Crazy what people will steal!

The girl that checked us in was great. The room needs new flooring and the toilet handle had to be held down to flush. There was only a flat sheet covering the mattress and it wasn’t tucked in well enough to stay in place. It was nice that they had a shuttle to Busch stadium.

Carpets were dirty in room and hallways. But the staff was great! Very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping was exceptional.
