Unfortunately my drive was a complete loss. However, DriveSavers were very courteous and great communicators throughout the entire process. The pricing is fair considering the great work they are capable of and if they cannot help you, like me, it’s all free. For the small amount of data I was attempting to recover (about 10G) it would not have been economical anyways. Check your backups, and check your backups often!

I wanted to send a thank you to the employees that helped me get my family photos back from my deceased HDD. I do some forensic work and when my tools didn't help I thought I had lost the photos forever. The photos were of my kids for the last 14 years of their lives.
