Would HIGHLY recommend Drive Savers. After getting my images back after my laptops hard drive crashed I cried tears of joy. Actually cried! These people are amazing at what they do!

When my external drive crashed I went to the backup and found it too was dead. What are the chances? Two different drives, kept in different locations used with different computers. DriveSavers' Customer Service was awesome and they kept me informed of each step. I spoke with several different people, and they must take great notes because they each were familiar with my situation, even the guy I called super early not thinking about the time difference (sorry). Thank you for your 5-star review! We are very happy we were able to help you. It's actually less unusual than you may think for people to have a backup plan that goes wrong. It's a good idea to check your backup device from time to time and make sure that it is still working and your irreplaceable files are still good. Maybe even put a reminder on your calendar to do this every few months. We also always recommend triple redundancy, which means having two backups plus your working copy.
