5+ Stars to Michael and the Drive Savers Team! Didn't try to sell me on services that I didn't need and advised me on a different path. Rare to find this type of honest service these days but they restored my faith. Will definitely return to them in future and recommend highly to everyone.

This is, by far, the most professional,considerate and courteous group of people I've ever worked with. After dropping my iPhone down an elevator shaft it sustained significant damage ( I had taken my case off a few days prior ) They took the time to explain the process and kept me informed via phone calls and emails every step of the way. They were able to retrieve all of the data off of my phone, including over a years worth of photographs. I cannot thank them enough, I am very grateful and will recommend them every time.

They were amazing from start to finish. Our computer hard drive crashed almost 2 years ago. I sent them the hard drive and they were able to recovery everything. I only cared about my pictures. It's quite expensive but they worked with me and let me make payments. They have talented folks working magic in their shop and have great customer service. Thank you so much!

We thought we lost our wedding pictures due to a damaged memory card and there was no local company that could repair/save the card. Our photographer sent it off to Drive Savers and it was recovered!!! I am truly grateful to our photographer, Derek Frenzel, for following through with this, and Drive Savers for saving our wedding pictures!!

Not going to lie. The price was enough to knock your feet our from under you but the customer service is superb. Almost 500 GB on this hard drive. My wedding, children's lives, and my very dear to me grandmother that passed after this disaster are on this hard drive. DriveSaver was more than understanding and accommodating to my situation and the time of year. DriveSavers Data Recovery, Inc. is more expensive than their competition, but the results are well worth the money. They told me they would get all my data and that they did. I received over 1,000,000 files including my Outlook data file containing 190,000 emails. They said there would be some bad files, but I have not found any yet.

After coming home from Disney, my memory card reader fried the memory stick before we could transfer the over 300 pictures and movies taken while on vacation. I sent it to DriveSavers and was informed that there was only one mishap that could render a memory card nonrecoverable....and it had happened to ours. They regretfully said, "Hang onto the card because, who knows, maybe someday technology will advance to where we can overcome this problem." Just called with a question, spoke with Ian, super helpful, even though my problem was not something he fixed, he made great suggestions, and was patient with my rambling. Excellent customer service. Well done.
