The customer service is great but my results weren't. I didn't get my precious data back and now I don't know what to do. Everything is ruined all because I accidentally dropped my phone in water. I wish there was another way but I don't know of one. If only I had backed it up or I had been more careful �

So sorry we weren't able to help you. Think about any other place your photos, videos and other files might possibly be. Did you post any to social media? Send any by email? Was anything backed up to iCloud? I hope you're able to find some of what you're looking for, if not all of it.
Guys you are real Jedi Masters!!! I have no words for thank you for saving my hard drive! My story: After accidentally dropping this HD (while using it) i thought i had lost about 2TB of really really important working files! (98% videos from jobs for top brands)...And some of them of ongoing jobs that I was about to back up! Great customer service but unfortunately they were not able to recover anything from my iPhone. (Iphone was not dropped, or wet) Very upset losing 17,000+, yes you read that right, of pictures. Expensive if they are able to do it but I'd say worth it!
3000 photos ruined by defective card, DS got the majority of em back for me. It was expensive, but I,was amazed and happy my photos were recovered...no more Kingston Media Cards for me. Its d 2nd time it happens. I bought Lexar, from B & H IN NY--Also, excellent svc for photographers. DriveSavers was my life saver!
