My data did not get recovered, however, professionalism and integrity of the company staff is of the highest order. They made sure I knew the options and a possibility of failure, diligently kept me updated on the status and progress, and left no doubts that they have tried their best.

These guys work miracles. They recovered data from a RAID Array even after two new disks had been added to the array to replace the disks that failed. They do outstanding work.

Unfortunately I had to use this firm, not becuase they were bad, it was me dropping my portable drive - was bad. Within a few days they called me up to tell me the bad news, I had done a huge number on my drive and destroyed the innards of the drive completely, my data was irretrievable. I appreciated their honesty and speed of getting back to me with the unfortunate news. There was no B.S. with statements saying we're going to do this or that. No one locally could save the data on my hard drive, but DriveSavers did so quickly and 100% recovered. Its expensive, but in most cases you get what you pay for. Very happy!! However, I will backup data more often in future.

RecommendedI am so grateful to DriveSavers for recovering all of my data from a heavily coffee infused (20 oz) SSD internal hard drive that was inside a Dell XPS laptop! They were very professional and kept me updated every time I called to check in on how things were going.
