Drive savers recently helped us recover a clients data off of a failed ioMega px4. We shipped them the drives from the array and they had our clients data back on an external drive in its entirety within a matter of days. Everyone I spoke to was awesome and took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on at every step of the recovery process. I was referred to DriveSavers by RK Tech after a horrible experience with Apple Care Customer Service - which led to my laptop crashing. AMAZING!!! They are very professional, prompt and keep you in the loop on what is going on the entire time. We had an external drive fail with nearly 70,000 pics and videos of all kinds, including just about every picture and video of our daughter since she was born over 5 years ago!!
