i cant even explain my experience here, i have a 10 week old puppy and he hurt his back legs and is not able to walk. I went in here thinking it would be a great place and i was mistaken. Me and my in pain puppy waited for 2 hours before getting seen. After i paid $45 which i didn't have at all for them to tell me nothing that was wrong, only to ask me to pay another $150 for an x-ray. During my wait i saw 4 nurses come and go just talking and hanging out, while i waited, i saw 2 receptionist sit there, staring at me, mak... read more

I had a horrible experience here. .. wish there was a negative star. ..took my poor cat in because she was hardly breathing and vomiting. I was checked in but no one even looked at my cat or asked how bad she was. I patiently waited and after 2 hours I noticed my cat's breathing got even worse and her mouth was white. I then ran into the back and yelled for someone to help her. A young girl pried my cat out of her carrier and ran into the back where for the next hour she was poked, proded and shaved to try to find a vein to ... read more

*****Please if you love your Animals***** ****Do Not Use this Establishment**** Update on my previous post! After this place had our dog for 24 hours. We have found out. If they had done there job. By provided our dog with a very common treatment for any animal that has ingested poison. By administering Charcoal which would have absorbed alot of the toxins in his system . Well after all the measures we took to try and save him. He now has Acute Liver failure. All I know is we paid them alot of money to them. To not even kno... read more

Came in for vaccinations a little early and was not acknowledged for 75 minutes. Not even a hello. It's as if being early upset someone. If your animals have worms, go get a pill. This place gives a topical form and it had to be repeated to be effective- not cheap either and sad for the kitten. Two tummy aches in a row rather than just one. The Drs here are very nice but the supporting staff has no customer service/bedside manor or a pleasant demeanor at all. My cat is always upset coming here because they just rush everythi... read more

This place is ok for shot clinics but I would never go back. My dog was running on 3 legs, so I took her in. They did xrays & gave her pain meds and $450 later I was told she needed hip replacement surgery to the tune of $10,000. I told them that was happening and what else could we do? Just drug her up was the answer. They never mentioned glucosamine, which she now takes daily & rarely runs on 3 legs! Guess they're out for your money.

I wish there was a way to give no stars or negative stars. I was greeted well and put in an exam room quickly but this is where it all went wrong. I was in the exam room for a while and that gave me time to look around. Bad idea. The floor was gross and there were half dying bugs on the floor like they had used bug spray but didn't sweep up the half dead still moving their legs bugs. The vet was very rude and hard at communicating. My dog needed dental work teeth pulled. He said I was neglectful even though I get her teeth b... read more
