*****Please if you love your Animals***** ****Do Not Use this Establishment**** Update on my previous post! After this place had our dog for 24 hours. We have found out. If they had done there job. By provided our dog with a very common treatment for any animal that has ingested poison. By administering Charcoal which would have absorbed alot of the toxins in his system . Came in for vaccinations a little early and was not acknowledged for 75 minutes. Not even a hello. It's as if being early upset someone. If your animals have worms, go get a pill. This place gives a topical form and it had to be repeated to be effective- not cheap either and sad for the kitten. Two tummy aches in a row rather than just one. The Drs here are very nice but the supporting staff has no customer service/bedside manor or a pleasant demeanor at all. I Went in Last Week.. My Cat Had A Small Cut Behind His Ear Hoping to Have it Checked Out.. Maybe Have it Cleaned Up.. Maybe Have Some Antibiotics to Help My Cat. Got An Estimate of Almost $800.. I Was in Shocked.. I'm A Single Mother of Two Teenagers.. How Could I Come Up With That Much.. I Told The Lady it Was Too Much.. This place is ok for shot clinics but I would never go back. My dog was running on 3 legs, so I took her in. They did xrays & gave her pain meds and $450 later I was told she needed hip replacement surgery to the tune of $10,000. I told them that was happening and what else could we do? Just drug her up was the answer. They never mentioned glucosamine, which she now takes daily & rarely runs on 3 legs! Guess they're out for your money.

I wish there was a way to give no stars or negative stars. I was greeted well and put in an exam room quickly but this is where it all went wrong. I was in the exam room for a while and that gave me time to look around. Bad idea. The floor was gross and there were half dying bugs on the floor like they had used bug spray but didn't sweep up the half dead still moving their legs bugs. This place has changed since I first started using them, perhaps there has been a change in ownership? It's all about money now. Clean office and nice staff however the current vets couldn't care less. No followup, incorrect diagnosis, non-existent treatment plan, large bill. Count your pills if you leave with a prescription, I've been consistently shorted even on blister packs. Fortunately I got copies of all test records (for a price) and went to a reputable vet. My dog is doing better and we have a plan in place... read more

I took my cat in today and was told it would take an hour for them to put him under clean his wound and stitch him up. I agreed to Leave my credit card with them but said that I would have to have someone else pick up my cat. They could not do this. Super awesome when all they care about is the bottom line. I am very glad I did not leave my cat with them Please don't use this vet unless you like to feel taken advantage of.

First off, our appt. was for 10:30am and finally a 11:30, they took us in so waiting one whole hour late was not fun. We should have left after the first 1/2 hour of waiting. I made the appt. because I needed a refill on medication for my dog. It had been over a year since we were there and he needed an exam. I asked how much the exam would be and the gal told me $35. After the 'exam' I was told he needs blood work and urine test. ALL I WANTED was a refill for meds. When I went to pay, the $35 quote turned into $273!!... read more

Would also put 0 stars if that were an option. These people are scam artists! They cheat you out of your money and take advantage of people without medical knowledge. They manipulated my husband into paying $500 for x-rays, blood tests, medicine, etc. for a cat with diarrhea. Completely ridiculous! I was unable to go with my husband because I was at work (as a registered nurse at Loma Linda), and they guilted him into signing up for all sorts of expensive treatments.
