I have been bringing my dog (German Shepard) here for quite a while but am a bit sick of the hoops I have to jump through to get my dogs medication! German Shepard's are known for hip issues. They wanted to test and retest my dogs leg to confirm a problem, the cost was 500.00 and is under anesthesia. He was diagnosed once there with the a anesthesia procedure, they wanted to keep testing for "progress". I'm not putting my baby through that for progress.i didn't know there was progress to be made but ok. I don't know about yo... read more

I live in Redlands but I work for a vet in Rancho Cucamonga. My dog got out for a half hour and when she came back she was acting funny. I looked in her mouth and her gums and tongue were ashen white which is a big red flag. She also wouldn't take a piece of ham put right in front of her mouth. My first thought was that she got into some kind of poison. I rushed her to the closest vet which was East Valley. I went in and told the receptionist the problem and filled out the paperwork. Not one other person was waiting to be sc... read more

This place honestly deserves ZERO stars. This has been our regular veterinarian for are 4 dogs for several years. Recently while on vacation we came home and our dog had passed away. We called East Valley they said they could not help us a refers to Grand Terrace in Redlands emergency pet. This is my last try for East Valley Pet Hospital we live about 1 mile away. I had experience with 1 good female veterinarian . Honestly we're so happy with the Redlands pet emergency hospital. They accepted our dog with open arms an... read more

Trying to get some information about my pet getting rehabilitation the lady on the phone was so rude. Kelly - we actually stop coming to this vet because the rude service in the front I'm sorry but in the vet business your front office can make or break your business it's terrible how the owners of this veterinarian did not replace the front office. This is not the first time I've dealt with rude people there. When You're dealing with a sick or injured Pet the last thing you need is someone being rude on the phone have som... read more

I arrived at 8:30 am Waiting room was empty . I did not have an appt. I needed to have my partially paralyzed 10 lb terrier mix checked out because his Tail stopped wagging yesterday and I thought he broke it. 3 hours later of waiting with excuse after excuse and attitude as well, I was charged 254 bucks and they bandaged his tail ( think orange cast/ heavy and like a third leg) , btw, it was not broken. the advice from this young vet who seemed not older than 25 years old , she advised , let him heal in this cast , kee... read more

If you value your pet who is in distress or your valuable time do not go to this establishment. I waited 1 hour and 55 minutes and the only person who spoke to me was the lowest employee on the staff. I will NEVER go back there again!

As a result of living in several different places I have been to SIX different vets with my dog and have been pleased with all except this one. I am generally easy to please and never post online reviews but this place is absolutely terrible. The front desk employees are rude and dismissive and do not answer any questions. The doctors will just charge you as much money as possible and do not care about the animals symptoms or owner's concerns. I was charged $600 in testing and X-rays for my dog and prescribed antibiotics. I... read more

Only after your money. My pet is an outdoor/inside animal. Therefore, very adventurous outside and got hurt. My pet slit an area of its lower body, thus, there was a hole where you could see the muscle since it opened up due to puss bursting. Freaking out, of course I wanted to care for my pet and went to this pet hospital. They wanted an estimate of $700-$1000 dollars to stitch it up. I couldn't afford that, so I left with my pet still wounded. Of course I paid for antibiotics but I was hopeful my pet would heal. Sure enoug... read more
