I spent 3 1/2 hours here for a walk in. There were plenty of staff on sight then all of a sudden grub hub comes in and 80% of the staff went to have a little party in the back. Y'all should probably work on keeping your customers satisfied.

Business response:

Our intention is never to make any clients wait for an extended period to have their pets examined by the doctor. I can certainly understand your frustration and perception of what happened last Friday. I hope that you will find the following helpful, explaining why your "wait time" was so long and what you perceived to be happening. - We experienced a high volume of walk-ins (sick and critically ill patients) that morning between 8:00-10:00 am - There were also scheduled appointments - You arrived at 9:55 am with Pumpkin, o... read more

I'm not going to be hateful, but find another vet! My last baby was on 15 (not an exaggeration) medications with no definitive diagnosis. She passed. I feel terrible to this day for putting her through the forced medication and all that came with it. X-rays, biopsy that they didn't even suture, so the little hole on her tummy kept leaking. Today I took my dog out of desperation because 3 other vets were either closed or on surgery. All I wanted was a vet tech to tell me if her irritated lump was worthy of a doctor visit. 2... read more

Really disappointed with the new staff here. We've gone here for 10 years. We used to get wonderful, affordable care. We put 3 dogs to sleep there. The last few years they have been steadily declining. Long wait times and extreme overcharging. My dog needed a dental treatment and they quoted me $1500! I took her to Banning Veterinary Hospital and not only were they AMAZING, but my final bill with 6 extractions, was $350! Sad to say, but I won't be going back. I really miss the old veterinarians. :(

Took my dog here on a Saturday and the staff was absolutely wonderful. Had a couple procedures done and some tests ran and left there happy. Fast forward a couple days, got a call from the Vet ( I missed it so she left a voicemail) to discuss my dog's results. I called the office back and the vet tech Hailey answered the phone. I explained to her I missed the call from the vet and I still had some questions for her and she told me I could call back and speak to her about it. The vet tech proceeds to tell me my dogs results v... read more

We took our dog to them because he was vomiting and had a seizure. They came back to us with an estimate of over $1200.00 to do tests and said that we would still have to take him to the 24 hour hospital off of Barton Road in Grand Terrace, because they were closing and would not have anyone there overnight to monitor him . We paid them over $225.00 for them to tell us that we had to take him to a different hospital. Our dog died on the way to the 24 hour hospital. For all of you pet lovers out there, don't take a chance wit... read more

I have been bringing my dog (German Shepard) here for quite a while but am a bit sick of the hoops I have to jump through to get my dogs medication! German Shepard's are known for hip issues. They wanted to test and retest my dogs leg to confirm a problem, the cost was 500.00 and is under anesthesia. He was diagnosed once there with the a anesthesia procedure, they wanted to keep testing for "progress". I'm not putting my baby through that for progress.i didn't know there was progress to be made but ok. I don't know about yo... read more

I live in Redlands but I work for a vet in Rancho Cucamonga. My dog got out for a half hour and when she came back she was acting funny. I looked in her mouth and her gums and tongue were ashen white which is a big red flag. She also wouldn't take a piece of ham put right in front of her mouth. My first thought was that she got into some kind of poison. I rushed her to the closest vet which was East Valley. I went in and told the receptionist the problem and filled out the paperwork. Not one other person was waiting to be sc... read more

This place honestly deserves ZERO stars. This has been our regular veterinarian for are 4 dogs for several years. Recently while on vacation we came home and our dog had passed away. We called East Valley they said they could not help us a refers to Grand Terrace in Redlands emergency pet. This is my last try for East Valley Pet Hospital we live about 1 mile away. I had experience with 1 good female veterinarian . Honestly we're so happy with the Redlands pet emergency hospital. They accepted our dog with open arms an... read more
