I did inform an employee outside that I was here at my time with my dog she pointed and said text to that number. Now if I were an employee, I would have listened and said what's the last name, I'll check you in, wait until I do, so I can unlock the door and let you in. So without my reading glasses, I texted to what I thought was the number -3 times. I'm sure if I was at the front desk, I'd be wondering who is parked right outside my all glass window for 45 minutes, golly it's gotta be 99 degrees at least. But I get it you'... read more

this is the third cat that was not treated properly , so they all passed .if they did not know what was wrong , they should have suggested a specialist . not just give pain pills for a cancer treatment . beware

I was referred to this hospital so called to make an appointment for my 4 month old puppy that has PRAA, and told the receptionist that took my appointment that I was needing a quote for the surgery for PRAA. She said the doc has to see her to which I was fine with. I drove 45 mins to the vet, I was brought in w my puppy, everyone was pleasant, and when doc walked into the room she thought I was there to have my puppy spayed. When I corrected her and told her what I was there for I was told the front desk messed up. I waste... read more

I had an urgent situation where my dog needed surgery right away. She had developed Pyometra. The veterinarians themselves seemed to have done a good job, although the follow up has been horrible and she's having a very tough slow recovery. It's been 10 days since her surgery and she's still not eating and shivers a lot. A few days ago I had to take her to the emergency room at 3 AM because she was panting and crying so much, which she never does because she's a Jack Russell and very tough, but they basically said she was ju... read more

I don't recommend this place. They quoted us a crazy bill for a teeth cleaning with possible extractions on a 5 year old Golden Retriever. We didn't do it as the bill was gunna be like $2,000. She wasn't in any pain either, her breath just smelled. Glad we didn't do it. Took her to her new vet today, she only has mild gingivitis, doesn't need ANY extractions, and the cleaning will only cost $300 total with sedation and everything. This place is a rip off IMHO. Prices are high on everything and the wait is long for scheduled ... read more

I do not recommend taking your animal here. The attending vets are inexperienced. I took in a feral cat and assumed it was not spayed, this was then "verified" by Dr. Troxel, I returned to have the cat spayed and was told that the cat was in fact already spayed. Perfect no fees for me! WRONG. I had to pay the entire fee $300 even though no surgery took place. Not even a reduced fee. "But we opened her up, so basically the procedure did happen" FOH

I was told I could walk-in & we were turned away. All we wanted was a hip x-Ray to compare it to previous x-Ray they took a few years ago. My dog is in pain & they didn't care. They should have told us to come early and wait rather than make it seem as if we could come in the afternoon. My husband could have taken him earlier had they told us to come earlier when I called trying to make an appointment. What's crazy is that no one but us were in the lobby so maybe they were busy in the back or they didn't want to be busy... read more

I am April. Troys mama . I am his owner, as well as his voice . I do what I can on my part to protect and care for him to my best ability. Yesterday October 29th 2019 I left east valley in tears . Mind you I'm not the type to make cry easily . After going on 4th hour waiting we were declined service. They asked me to step out with Troy. He was "too aggressive" to provide service to. I asked if I can speak to a manager or DR outside . And they told me the number was at the door . I called back 4 times and I was declined. I di... read more

This place is disgusting! I took my fur baby here a few months back, she was limping for a while so we took her in and they said she needed a $1000 surgery but they couldnt even tell me what was wrong. While my husband and i began to talk it over to see what our options where the lady said well since you have to even think about it you might as well put her to sleep .....what excuse me??? We dont even know what the problem is. the x ray showed nothing. So i took my fur baby home .... turns out baby girl pulled something an... read more
