I went in late night (about 9:00 pm) with a stray kitty with a bad eye. The front office staff were very friendly. The late night exam fee is $55 as opposed to $35 for daytime/appointment exam. Waited for almost an hour (not bad). The vet came out and looked at the kitty's eye through the carrier. Vet didn't know what was wrong and the cloudiness in his eye wasn't typical. Took him back for antibiotics shot and that was that. $125!!! Wth!!! The vet never even examined the kitty. It was difficult to catch him in the first pla... read more

No, don't try to call. I had a bunny with two broken legs and they put me on hold. It died on my lap 15 minutes later and I hung up crying. I don't care how many calls you have at the same time, you still don't put someone at hold. It breaks my heart that an animal hospital would put someone on hold at all. Just imagine watching a dog die by liver failure and months after seeing a dying bunny on your lap stop breathing. I don't care how nice the vets are,if you can't get an animal fast enough, you'll have a hard time explaini... read more

I have a little schnauzer. I have been going to the Doctor located in Lima Linda. A friend of mine insisted and recommended me this location. Today we went to this hospital. We walked in and waited about 45 minutes for the doctor. She gave us quick exam and she came back to us with a est of 363 dollars. Basically at the end there just trying to take your money, over charge you and not care about your dog at all. If I had a choice not to put a star I would have not. WATCH PUT FOR THIS PLACE

Ive been here twice and after today will never return to this animal hospital. Both times ive been here the receptionist is rude and pays zero attention to who walks in the door. I came in today with an appointment to get my puppy vaccines shot and very disappointed with the lack of costumer service. Not only did they administrate the vaccine without me present which i didn't feel comfortable about call me cautious but my puppy mean a lot to me and my family, but when it came time to pay an make another appointment for the... read more

I took my three dogs in for dental exams and it turned out they only did one dog. This was verified by another vet. I also had one dog whose knee was damaged there. He manipulated the knee and it cracked really loud twice. It was verified by another vet that he has a partial left ACL tear. He's only 4 1/2 lbs. Pretty cruel. Made me think they just wanted the money to fix it.

I was referred by my sister to come bring my dog that injured her both legs and couldn't put any weight on them. But as soon as he examined her, the vet made me feel like I was a horrible dog owner. Right away he stopped touching her with a weirded out face if she even had her a rabies shot. Of course she has her rabies shot!! Why that facial reaction?! Stated she needed surgery on both legs that would cost over $4,000 since it was torn ACL. And if I didn't do it, he kept emphasizing, she would have a bad quality of life. ... read more

took my cat here for urination outside of the litter box. The doctor squeezed his bladder by hand to make him pee and just immediately diagnosed crystals. He said my cat had to be on a special diet the rest of his life or else we might have to cut his penis off. Talk about scare tactics! he didn't even offer to show me whatever crystals he found. i put him on the diet to dissolve whatever was there, but it made my cat throw up. they exchanged it for a different brand, so that was nice, but I still wasn't convinced the crysta... read more

i cant even explain my experience here, i have a 10 week old puppy and he hurt his back legs and is not able to walk. I went in here thinking it would be a great place and i was mistaken. Me and my in pain puppy waited for 2 hours before getting seen. After i paid $45 which i didn't have at all for them to tell me nothing that was wrong, only to ask me to pay another $150 for an x-ray. During my wait i saw 4 nurses come and go just talking and hanging out, while i waited, i saw 2 receptionist sit there, staring at me, mak... read more
