The Drs and technicians at this office are true professionals and very special. Dr. Bloedel is truly one of a kind. The manner by which he explains what he finds and sees always puts me at ease that my dogs are in the right hands.

I am so happy with our first visit here and to meet our new vet, Tyler Bloedel. I really appreciate that the vet tech listened to my request to weigh one of my bunnies with the scale on the floor since she can be very feisty and will try and leap off of it. The vet technician was very kind and gentle with both of my rabbits. Tyler was great and did a thorough exam on both of my rabbits and then gave them their vaccines. Our sweet dog Willow had a giant mass on her front paw, and it was growing. We took her to a pet hospital near us, but it didn't feel right (too clinical and impersonal) so we backed out, asked around, heard good things about the East Ventura Animal Hospital and went there. Best decision ever. Dr. Kupkee and the entire staff at EVAH were kind, compassionate, professional, just exceptional, and today, two weeks after her surgery, Willow is healed and happy. We can't say enough good things about our experience.

My mom and I take our bunny to this vet and he is very old with lots of issues but is very well taken care of all the time by Dr Bledel and his assistant Abby. Everyone there is so helpful, kind, and very efficient. A lot of times I just go in to pick up meds for my bunny and I am always in and out in a couple minutes. The place is clean, there's always parking, and have never had any issues.

This vet is amazing. I've taken my dog Molly here for almost 5 years, they are always incredibly gentle and loving to her. They don't push a much of unnecessary treatments, they work with you if you are on a budget. Everyone is so kind, from front office to the doctors. I always get Brandon when I call, and he's incredibly polite every time! I've had to call panicked a few times and he's been very helpful! I have no idea what is with the bad reviews. The staff has always been nice. Only once did I say one thing and the staff heard another and messed up costing me money. Guinea pigs are fragile, and maybe they made mistakes but they're not God. Please consider staying open for emergencies too. The only locations available are in it for the money and kill animals. They couldn't care less.

East Ventura Animal hospital is always so nice and always take great care of my pupper Penny. Even though she is nervous around strangers they always seem to make her feel comfortable. I've used them for my dogs yearly vet trips and for one small procedure which went very well. I also feel like they are very appropriate in their pricing.
