BIG thank you to Amy Pelayo with East Ventura animal hospital for taking good care of Beans. I took him to visit her for the firat time about a week ago regarding a problem area that was not healing. What had already taken over 7 weeks, and could have taken months to heal and or become way more complex. Amy took care of in a week. We came, she saw, she treated (with a completly different approach) and Beans is much better and a happy dog once again. You have a new Pt for life. Thank you Dr. Pelayo
This vet is awesome. Every time we come in here they are very friendly to our dog. They know all our dogs by name and take the time to go above and beyond to make sure our dogs leave in the best condition. I would highly recommend using this vet!
I take my obnoxious Great Dane here and she's quite the handful. She needs to have her anal glands expressed quite often and needs her nails cut. She is a legit asshole and has to be medicated before the visit and I have to muzzle her. Everyone in the office is super nice. The only thing I don't like is that they make me muzzle her myself. If my husband is there, it's not a big deal but no way could I ever do it alone. And I get it cause she is soooo big and scary looking and I'm sure they are afraid she will bite them. Daphne had her first visit today and it was wonderful! Daphne loved Dr. Martinez and all the staff. I highly recommend East Ventura Animal Hospital to anyone wanting care for their pet!
All my furry family members get fabulous care here. We love Dr. Pelayo, Dr. Fowell, and Ashley. They calm my animals and care for them as if they were their own.
I have been going to EVAH for the past twenty years or so now. I am always impressed and thankful for the care that I receive from Dr. Fowell and the techs. In fact I live in Ojai and specifically go to Ventura to see Dr. Fowell. She is a special part of our family. I was introduced to their newest Veterinarian Dr. Martinez just recently and he put my dog's care at the top of his priority list when I was unable to see Dr. Fowell.
