Due to having no access to my home during the recent Thomas Fire, EVAH generously took in my two little dogs Pogo and Sprinkles. The staff were caring and considerate of my dogs needs, as well as my own. This vet office is 5 star in my book once again. Thank you all!!

Dr Mike Martinez is the one my cat goes and see so far this vet is good and my cat loves seeing him. She has had one other vet and didn't like him at all me and her both.

The kindest and most comprehensive veterinary clinic in town mixed with an excellent staff. Doctor Martinez in our favorite! He really gets to know your animals! They also offer recommendations to wholistic healing methods for your animals (acupuncture, massage therapy, etc...) if you're looking for that!

All of the doctors and staff at East Ventura Animal Hospital are exceptional. My first experience with them was 25 years ago when I took my cat there. That experience was so positive that when we got a dog 10 years ago I knew we would take him there also. Our dog has been treated by a few of the doctors there and they have all been excellent. Most recently Fred was treated for heat stroke by Dr. Martinez who provided excellent care in the office and following up by phone afterward. We are very grateful for the care Dr. ... read more

Can't say enough good things about EVAH, the vets, and staff. Through the illness and death of my previous darling to the care of my two new chihuahua mixes, the care my pets have received is unparalleled in my experience. The vets are kind, compassionate toward pets and their owners, and are understanding of human concerns ranging from fear of loss to financial difficulties in serious situations. I met Dr. Pelayo at a pet adoption fair and she was so kind and friendly. So, when my Handsome got a debilitating rash all over his body, I found her info and headed over there. She was so gentle, patient and genuinely concerned with his wellbeing. In fact, she called not once, but twice to check in on him.
