This vet is the best! They see all kinds of animals and as someone who has 2 'exotic' pets, this place was a god send! They're so attentive, timely, and accommodating to each persons needs. I'm always happy and comfortable bringing my babies here because I know they'll be in the best of hands!!
I have been to SO many vets over my life time. My pets are family to me and their health is very important. I've unfortunately had poor experiences with many of these vets in the past. East Ventura is a great animal hospital with a friendly staff. Their online appointment system even enables you to book without having to call in. Services are affordable and always feel welcomed.
My two month old puppy poked her eye on a bush in our back yard. Her eye was completely swollen shut. I couldn't see her eye at all. I rushed her to East Ventura Animal Hospital as a new patient where I was welcomed with open arms. Dr. Martinez took her in right away and put a drop in her eye that reduced the swelling so he could check her eye. Dr. Martinez & staff are so professional and calm. Caring, kind, and gentle with my guinea pig. But not perfect 5 star because expensive, however this is to be expected as pets are priceless.

Dr. Fowell and the techs are caring and very good at what they do. They have all taken very good care of my dog. I highly recommend this team.
Hi! The neighbor's cat brought a baby bunny home. They didn't want a rabbit. We adopted it and fell in love. Called around looking for a vet who would spay our Tiger Lilly. East Ventura Animal Hospital was the only one we could find and we were pleasantly surprised. The facility is immaculate, staff is friendly and very efficient and Dr. Fowell is amazing! Tip! Rabbits can reproduce at 12 weeks old. Spaying and neutering helps keep them healthy. Highly recommend this animal hospital. Thank you!
I have been taking my pets to EVAH for 16 years and they have taken very good care of all of them. The doctors and staff are very courteous and caring.
