Eldorado Pet Hospital took great care of my pet and made the whole visit easy and stress free. The staff was friendly, helpful, and clearly cared about animals.
Our dog Penny had redness and inflammation in one of her eyes all of a sudden Saturday afternoon and it kept getting worse. We found Eldorado Pet Hospital because not very many places were open on a Sunday. They got us in for a morning appointment, were very caring and took care of our sweet Penny at very reasonable costs. I can't say enough good things about Eldorado Pet Hospital!!!
This vet has been very helpful when I need them. Ashley at the front desk and the young man I couldn't catch his name always are very knowledgeable and helpful! As a nervous pet parent I ask a lot of questions and they are always willing take their time in explaining the answer. The prices are not bad either highly recommend!
Made appointment for next day to checkup our dog. They took her in at car, vet called after exam and gave us update with all normal but upset stomach. Gave shot to help and we got her back happy as ever. Vet also followed up next morning to check in her. Very positive experience for new dog owners!
So I recently just got a puppy and I've been trying to find a vet close to me. I've never really had a personal vet mostly used Banfield Pet hospital for my last fur baby but learned that they weren't the best option going forward for my new fur baby. I called and was able to get a quick appointment and they told me that everything was looking good. Dr. Reddy, Ashlee and staff have been a blessing to my life. They not only care for my dogs, but for me as a person. My dog Zeiss was the love of my life. They cared for him until his last breath when he passed away unexpectantly in August of 2019. He was a difficult case because he had multiple health issues. El Dorado Pet Hospital is always friendly and there for us when we need them! The staff is very patient and so kind to our dog. It is the only place that we will leave our boy Willie when we have to travel!
My fiancé and I have been taking our 15 week old puppy here for the last 2+ months. Dr. Reddy and his staff are so welcoming, very compassionate, and very professional! They call you the day before your appointment for appointment reminders, and they never miss their next day call! They call you the day after your appointment to follow up and check in on your furry family member! I would give this practice a 10/10 if I could! I'm very pleased with Dr. Reddy and his staff, they are some of the best in the business!
The facility is clean and well maintained. The staff is kind and friendly. They are fast and efficient. My dog has high anxiety and they were very sympathetic and understanding towards his anxiety which I appreciated greatly.
