Room was large nice view but needs updating. Getting into jacuzzi an adventure no steps to get in and did not drain well. Hotel needs makeover and updating feels like in the 1980 atmosphere/ theme. Location close to the events center.

Nice place to visit and clean

The room was comfortable but the cleaning is not great. There was old food on the counter and the toilet had not been cleaned and was definitely in need of it. Other than that everything else was great.

Room was ok. Looks old and worn out. We had to ask for clean eating utensils three times as there was food still on them. We finally used a clean spoon to eat our breakfast.
The parking garage elevator didn’t work. My disabled husband had to walk down 6 flights of stairs

Didn't visit pool or spa. Everything was great. Maybe I am saying that because I won 500 bucks? PS: I like the older showers they have more water pressure.

Sheets were scratchy, only had 2 pillows per bed and AC did not work well. Carpet is old, really need to update.
