Good The front desk told us there was a shuttle to an event we were attending. The balloon festival, we went down at 4:30am. to meet the shuttle. However, they would not let us on because we didn't have a vip pass. That was never mentioned at the front desk . So it was a bit frustrating because by the time we got to our car to drive there, . the closest parking spot was 1.8 miles away It was close to some of the things we wanted to see.

We would stay again, highly recommend. Early check-in times were pricey. Property was very nice and on-site dining was very good with plenty of choices. Rooms were very clean and comfortable . Staff were friendly and pleasant.
