Mediocre experience. For the premium room description and price, I would have thought it would be nicer. The cleanliness level wasn’t great, as there were other people’s hairs on the bed and in the bathroom. The toilet wouldn’t flush upon check in, so a repairman had to come fix it. The towel rack fell off the wall and couldn’t be used. I’ve stayed at the Eldorado in years past and really expected a higher quality experience.
