Pleasant No me gustó que me dieron una habitación de fumadores y tuve que pedir q me reubicaran en una habitación no smoking. Me gustó el servicio al cliente

Stay if you can you won’t regret it Nothing Everyone is so helpful and kind. It was still our honeymoon and they upgraded us to a suite. It’s the only place we stay at in Reno. The rooms are so clean and comfortable. The casino has such a fun variety of games. The Roxy is the best restaurant and a special place for us.

Good location with good restaurants There was no fitted sheet on the mattress among other housekeeping issues Lots to do on the property. Good location on the row.

Every thing was walking distance from the hotel. Pillows and the bed was too soft .. over all everything was good. Breakfast was nice. A couple of restaurants only.
