We stayed at the Eldorado for Hot August Nights,and even though it was a very busy weekend the employees were outstanding.We ate at Gordon Ramsey fish & chips,El Jefes,and and a restaurant for breakfast,don’t remember the name.The food in every restaurant was excellent.Next time we go to Reno we are staying at the Eldorado.

Half the elevators didnt work. Room safe didnt work.

Check in was not good at 2:40pm I was told I would have to pay $50 extra for early check even though check in time is 3:00pm. Within 5 minutes the staff were checking in all the others without charging them but that is not something I was told I could do.

No longer my first choice for hotel They need to update their fitness center pics from online. Because what they show online is NOTHING like the closet size gym they have. Also, after driving 9 hrs and getting their 2 hrs early. They said my room was ready but I would have to wait 2 hrs or pay an additional $51.00. Makes zero sense. I understand getting there 4-6 hrs early and nothing is ready, but 2 hrs early? And my room is ready? Come on. Deal breaker
Nice room; only one person at. Heck I’m so I was in line for 1/2 hour. However, person who took care of me was awesome!!
