Great quality suites. Very clean, wonderful service. Love the expansive windows and views, large jacuzzi tub in the main room, refrigerator, sofas and comfortable beds. Valet parking service is very safe, secure and great service. Good quality restaurant choices.

The room was dated. The early check in fee is a terrible idea use to like this hotel but the condition of the hotel is not the same

Several personal hairs on and in toilet. Cleaned it myself before wife noticed or would have bothered her the entire stay. Location is older. Staff seem friendly. Parking lot elevators are scary and wife gagged on intense marijuana smell. Welcome to Reno.
