Just a quick stay for the night before driving on to the next destination. We arrived in a box truck and it was super confusing with the staff giving us multiple different directions to go and park. It took us nearly an hour to figure it out. Starbucks coffee down the bottom was ridiculously overpriced so we stayed away from there. Little bit confronting with all the casinos bling at the bottom of the floor as it's the first time I've stayed in a resort like this but the place was clean, tidy with lots of things to do nearby... read more
Excellent location, yumi restaurants inside the resort, and kind service at the hotel desk. The bed was not comfortable, quite soft and old mattresses. I had two beds in my room so I chose the less uncomfortable, but still, I think this can improve for a resort. The location is great, the variety of activities offered in the resort are great too. The attention at the front desk was very kind.

HOT AUGUST NIGHTS BAD ASS.GOING TO STAY NEXT YEAR. ALL WENT WELL NO COMPLAINTS
It wasn’t fancy or luxurious, but an 8 out of 10. It wasn’t fancy or luxurious, but an 8 out of 10. I’ll stay again because of the convenience and location. Staff was great. Lobby is pretty.
Good The front desk told us there was a shuttle to an event we were attending. The balloon festival, we went down at 4:30am. to meet the shuttle. However, they would not let us on because we didn't have a vip pass. That was never mentioned at the front desk . So it was a bit frustrating because by the time we got to our car to drive there, . the closest parking spot was 1.8 miles away It was close to some of the things we wanted to see.
