I was on hold for 15 mins to ask 1 question to Sean (which I asked the receptionist but she was unable to help me). Mid question with Sean I was rudely cut off for him to state that "If you don't have a problem I am too busy to answer any of your questions.". Used their services for a regular mantainces, the guy didn’t know the machine well and after 2 hours service, he talked with his phone about half an hour and add this to his bill! Will not use their services anymore! Agreed with one review below — Bell has much better services than this company!

Mauvaise expérience, les techniciens ont reçu l'ordre de Mr Wilson de calculer le temps de travail du technicien à partir du moment ou il arrête le moteur de son truck dans votre court jusqu'au moment ou il finit de rédiger la facture.Ce qui rajoute un 30$ à 50$ sur la facture pour un travail qui devrait être fait par le bureau.
