I am beyond furious with this company. My car has been in the shop since the 2nd week of June and it is now the second week of August. I have lost my job do to lack of transportation. They only cover up to $250 for a rental which is about a week. My dealership just gave me a car 3 days ago. They keep ordering faulty parts to put in my car that are not working. If I could give it no stars I would this company has harassed us has called us names refuses to stop calling. We tried to cancel our policy and all they do is consistently call from different numbers we blocked so far at least five numbers from this company and they still consistently call. Theyve also done auto withdrawals after we requested our policy to be canceled we have now had to close banking accounts and re-open accounts because of this company.

Tried to cancel my agreement after just two hours and when I mentioned cancel they acted like they could not hear me. This happened twice with two different people. Then their phone number went dead! I canceled my credit card that I used with them. They told me they were affiliated with GMC which is a lie.

Continuously getting threatening to cancel past due notifies. Ive had to take a screen shot of my ******************* pay showing precisely when theyll get their money. I too, have spoken with customer service, and I was ALSO asked a bunch of questions. I was even told to ignore the text that threatened to cancel I was told its an automated text.Im done!I went online and sent an email message cancelling my policy effective immediately. Im tired of getting negative texts.

Another vote for scam.They convinced my mom with Alzheimer's to sign up for coverage with a $4000 bill. When I called to cancel the person would not accept any logic for cancelling it, refused to give their full name, and refused to transfer us to a manager.

Scammers. I was in a weak place mentally and fell for the car warranty scam. I should have known better when they went from a downpayment of 300 dollars down to 100 as a student discount, without having any proof of my student status. Dumb of me, but oh well. BIGGEST SCAM OF ALL!!!!!!!! I wish I did my research before calling because then I'd still have $249.00 in my pocket still. But tried calling back to cancel my platinum coverage but they were closed already. Then called back on the pink slip because it says closes at 7pm and it already said closed to call back tomorrow / Monday. They scammed my 89 year old mother Into giving her a credit card by lying to her and telling her she HAD to pay for this for her brand new lease car on warranty. It just happened so Im working on making sure the company cancelled the charge of $380 as asked and we are going to block this company on her credit cards. Shame on these people. Trying to scam little old ladies!
