Endurance auto warranty are scam artists, I was not told I needed a 7 day service check on my vehicle when I started my policy with them, now they refuse to fix my vehicle and cover it with warranty. Already paid over $500 into policy. Dont use this company.

I was previously an endurance customer for 2 years I moved to a rural area where endurance was not accepted when I called to cancel my policy I was notified that I had to get a notary on a cancellation form once I did this I mailed it in and let customer ********************** know that my address had changed where I had moved from the address on the form they then told me it was fine they had updated it in the system that it would take 6 to 8 weeks for them to approve my cancellation and issue me a refund check once the ref... read more

Sold a warranty without let me know the vehicle didnt meet guidelines I been paying this company for months when the time of need they bust out this long list of guidelines I wanted people to know this company is a big scam say away because as soon as you need help a big book of guidelines comes out then they know they wrong you when you call and cancel policy they try and decrease rates at this point this company should be fined and have to refund people money I will let all the social media and everybody know stay away

The only reason they deserve the single star that i'm required to give them to leave a review is because the account manager ****** was actually pleasant to deal with and put together an email of my concerns and complaints to bring up at the next staff meeting. Other than her, they lied to me on the sales call, the lied about my benefits, they denied coverage because a part that is covered is a single unit with a part that isnt covered, and when i called to ask why, i was basically told that it doesn't matter and their decis... read more

Please i mean please do not use this company.. they will take your moned and not foot the bill when something happens. Please read all the reviews and do not believe any good reviews. They steal your money and do not pay when needed. Please spread the word and lets get then shut down.they stole ofer 10 grand from me

I feel that after reading the small print on what Endureance does not cover this is not A *************** for Me.Please read the full Contract and read it carefully
They can't give me a detailed list of what they cover to compare with other warranty companies. They acted like their doing me a huge favor. I talked to 2 different associates and both were very rude when I asked for a breakdown on coverage. I will just put the same money quoted in a savings account for emergencies. Then it's my choice when and where to use it. Save your money!!
