They refused to pay for my repairs because they stated I had the wrong oil in my vehicle, I addresses this with the shop that changed the oil and they were outraged and I believe looking to take up their own lawsuit because they didn't put the wrong oil in my vehicle. Also, the report stated that my oil was over filled and the repair shop said there was no way they could say that because the retrieved the oil from the oil pan, so that questions the integrity of the entire report.

Dont cover for a Cataylic converter and paying a monthly payment. I fine its ridiculous. These extended warranty company like Car shield and endurance deal full of BS. I have to end up paying 1700 cause I have to talk to the dealership wanted $3300 to replace it in the beginning and I had to talk to them and said this is too much. I cant afford it to break it down for me cause it was too much money. This whole system is a complete rip off.

After 6 months of back and forth, delays with my claim, I was denied AFTER I was told months of waiting that it was accepted. My oil changes were consecutive and they found a way at the last minute while my car was being serviced at ******** to pull the plug because of "dates." I cried so bad it was embarrassing! The worst experience with any customer ********************** representative(s) ever. Was given a song & a dance & a different answer from every rude & pompous employee I encountered. I could never advise anybody to do business with this company. They are the worst!!!!!

I live hours away and received a misleading urgent mailer that looks official but is just a mass-marketing extended warranty pitch. It implies my specific vehicle is about to lose coverage and pressures a quick call before a price increase. Not affiliated with my manufacturer or dealer. It is intentionally deceptive.

They are a rip off, they play games and stall on approving and making repairs 5 and a half weeks at a dealership. Mandated 3 different inspections and then made unfounded claims to only pay less than half of total repair. And refused to repair 2 other covered repairs found while this one was awaiting repairs at dealership. They forced me to have my vehicle torn down at the dealership, leaving me with no choice but to pay, and they only agreed to pay less than fifty percent. Absolutely terrible experience. Contract details do not match what the salesperson said. Also got three different interpretations of a section of the contract from three different sales people.
