Not a good company or plan for my money The customer shouldn't get the run around when it comes to filling a claim and neither should the companies calling for the claim!

I was very disapointed that my oil pressure switch was not covered. Not sure why every other electrical switch is covered but NOT oil pressure switch. This costed me $800.

I asked to cancel the man I talked to would not listen that's the only thing that irritated me. I kept saying nicely cancel and he persisted to continue talking that I did not like and I don't appreciate it. If someone calls to cancel let them cancel they have a reason don't irritate them by going on and on.

This company is terrible will prey on customers with lack of knowledge on vehicle repairs and only approve certain pieces to suit thier company on a customers vehicle. When doing an ac compressor on a vehicle it is required to replace the filter drier as well to make sure contaminants do not cause failure of newly installed ac compressor. They have no customer satisfaction line to speak about business practices and will go out of thier way to deny any claim. Stay away!!! Terrible

Endurance denied my claim to have my vehicle repaired. The television advertisement is not true, they will collect your payment and soon as you file a claim you will be denied and the will drag it for the longest to give you a reason why it was denied. DON'T EVER WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS WARNTY COMPANY. FALSE ADVERTISING.

My experience with Endurance Car Warranty Services has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I have used endurance warranties on many vehicles over the years. My issue is my vehicle was totaled so I cancelled my contract after 7 months. I had paid for over half the 4yr contract. I called to se what amount was going to be refunded and was told it takes 6 to 8 weeks for them to determine refund. This company is a scam. They send you a letter in the mail about a price increase, suggesting you have a policy even though you dont. The goal is to deceive and get you to sign up for some worthless service. They run multiple similar scams from ****************. Another one is ******************** ("Home Protection Program" on BBB). Should be called **************. The people behind these tactics are absolute scum of the earth, preying on others who don't know better. Shame on you.

Buyer beware! While I don't think the company has malicious intent, ensure there's a proper understanding of "Plus" vice "Prime" coverages with the latter being/providing much lesser and necessary coverage! All components and or parts are not covered, take the time to consider the specific vehicle you intend to cover with respect is age/mileage or you will be disappointed!!
