Overall, its OK but I was told it would cover everything the advertisement say you take it to a service place and they will pay them direct however it did not cover the complete ***air. I had to pay out-of-pocket close to $300 for the ***air. My mom has had an Endurance plan on her vehicle for two years and the first time she attempted to use it when her turbo went out in her vehicle they denied the claim. Her vehicle was sitting at the shop for two weeks waiting on them to approve the work. The after two weeks of waiting they said they would not cover the repairs. No one should ever fall for this scam of a company.

Very good customer ********************** but their cancellation policy should only be a phone call, NOT fill out a cancellation form and have it NOTARIZED!!

They are quick to take monthly dues, when it comes to a high claims they deny quickly. I was turned down with no visual inspection of internal problems of my engine. Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

I haven't had to use Endurance for any repairs yet but I'm extremely unhappy with Line5, the company that handles the payment. They refuse to answer the phone or return any emails. I've been trying to get my credit card information changes to them but they totally ignore my requests. I'm almost at the point of canceling the entire account.

Our car power steering was losing fluid. Took it to the dealer for diagnostics to find out why. The results of the diagnostic showed the power steering was bad along with other issues identified. Cost of repair was estimated to be over $5000.00. Endurance declined to cover any repair leaving us facing the cost. There reasoning used was the seals and gaskets are not covered. At this point, I feel I have been ripped off. I shouldn't even give them a 1 star review.

I provided all paperwork they requested and they had an excuse as to why they would not repair it. It was for my alternator....They said there was a mileage discrepancy from what they reported to what ***** reported as AAMCO never serviced my vehicle. They requested paperwork from a certified mechanic within 7 days from when I purchased my warranty. Company does not stand by their contract. They took 3 months to make a decision on car repair and denied stated pre-existing condition which is not true. I will be filing a lawsuit due to breach of contract as car never had any repairs or signs leading up to failure for the to claim that.
