Endurance was quick to up sell me on various add ons by adding them to me for free the first month. They said alot of things would be covered even mentioning very specific potential issues that could happen. After paying several months premiums and continuing with the upgrades, one of those specific things happened and they promptly denied the claim. Don't fall for the celebrity endorsements and misleading testimonials. Like any insurance company all they are interested in is your money.

I have an active platinum Endurance warranty. I brought my car to the #1 shop that they preferred in **, my air conditioner part was found to be broken. My car has been sitting dismantled for 7 days straight and Endurance wont say anything about why they wont approve or disapprove the issue. Funny because they say it should only take 48 hours or less?? Haha I feel so bad for this family owned repair shop, as my car has been sitting in their main garage bay for a week and they cant move it. To me it looks like Endurance does ... read more

I had to pay $1650 out of pocket. I was told when I purchased this I would only have to pay $100 deductible. I even asked if I could continue to use ************ where I had purchased the vehicle and where all service takes place, they told me yes.When ************ submitted the estimate to Endurance, I received a call stating that Endurance would not pay the full balance for the following reasons:1). was initially planning to write something positive about the manager who was assisting me. However, after going through the claims process, I feel deeply disappointed.The policy did not deliver what was promised at the time of purchase. When I needed repairs, I was told that nothing was covered. Engine not covered. Transmission not covered. Cooling fan and related components not covered. Have a bumper to bumper warranty. Claim is denied for transmission even though there are metal flakes in the transmission. There is a torque converter fail that now is making metal flakes go into the transmission. I also have a LCD screen that I have video proof of not working correctly is denied, because there service advisor didn't see it during the short period of time doing inspection. I am not sure why you provide a bumper to bumper warranty that you aren't going to fully cover.

Very disappointed to hear that they no longer have an app for your use. It was so easy just open the app and show your information to the dealer. Now I have to be sure to keep up with my membership card. So outdoor and not good for the customers.

If I could leave 0 stars i would!!! I had an engine repair and endurance claim, my oil changes were not consistent to avoid paying for the repair! Please don't believe the hype; they are crooks!

I signed up after being told specific components were covered. When I filed a claim, it was denied based on what they labeled as the underlying cause, even though it directly relates to the covered part.
