Complete scam they will look for every reason to not fix my vehicle but constantly took my money for them to want to charge more

I recently had coverage with Endurance and then I went to another place which wasn't what I thought it was. After my vechicle was in the shop 2 weeks they decided they weren't going to pay , so I had to pay out of pocket. Take my advice and watch what you get. Endurance pays well.

Keep denying claim on cover parts my turbo charger malfunction and they are saying it's the gasket but the malfunction of the turbo charger cause the failure this is the second time they will find any reason not to pay for repairs I been paying this policy almost two years I don't recommend this company to no one plus the guy was very unprofessional on the phone

This company has many stipulations on coverages. I had work done on my dodge ram and it cost me ******* of repairs of which endurance did not cove any if it. Claiming not covered parts. I had the work done at a ***** dealer. Endurance would not even cover the diagnostic of repairs needed. I use to have carshield for a jaguar i had and they would cover everything without hesitation covering over ********* of repairs over 5 years. This company does not pay out on claims that are covered under contract. They are under a class action lawsuit for this exact reason. I had the absolute best coverage and I had a repair that 100% was covered under contract and they will not honor warranty. Please don't use them it's a waste of money.

*********! Company states you can go to any certified mechanic but that is not true. They also are not covering any of the repairs even though the contract states it should be covered. Have been paying over 130 dollars a month for nothing!! I now have to pay almost 1000 dollars for something that is supposed to be covered. This is beyond unacceptable. My husband is disabled and this is our only means of transportation. I am going to be contacting ***** *********************** about this as well as my own attorney.

I have always been happy with the service, prices, coverage that I received from Endurance. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, especially the representative ***** that I spoke with. He was so polite and very knowledgeable, he took his time and explained everything in detail for me. If this world had better salesmen with his attitude it would be a better place.

I cannot believe these lying m.f'rs! They said they'd pay up to $500 for my windshield but then had some b.s. excuse denying my pre-authorized claim **** they only pay for repairs NOT replacement AFTER I sent them a picture of the damage I got the green light to get it fixed. The glass company told me ystrdy, it can't be "repaired" and needs a new glass. Endurance was well aware of this information before I made the appointment to have Atlas come out. After reviewing their contract within the 30 day period, I wanted to cancel. It is hard to get through to them to do this. I kept getting transferred to another line, which was constantly busy.
