The salesperson mis***resented the extent of coverage under the contract. When a claim for a major ***air of a part that was covered under the contract was filed the claim was denied due to damage however the damage was not intentional or due to an accident. The sales people used that as an example of what would be considered uncovered damage. I tried appealing the decision and it was again denied. Their commercials are not true. They do not fully cover the cost of your vehicle repair. And they do not give you back a full refund. The basically rob you of your money. I paid for warranty service for 10 months $190/monthly. When it came time to fix my transmission they wanted to pay half. When it came time to fix my r rack opinion they only wanted to pay half. Absolutely horrible business, less than stellar customer **********************. Their people are deceptive, and dishonest.Their policies miraculously don't cover anything. I supposedely bought the "Best policy" they have per my initial request only to find its tier 2 of multiple tier policies and nowhere near the "Best policy" they offer per my initial request. Only bad thing was getting my transmission fixed because they said it was internal and if it ain't what they think it is I have to pay out of my pocket for the break down and put back together

The appropriate 30 days and 1000 Miles started hearing noise so brought it into a shop. That endurance. I will never do business with them again! I bought a limited benefit policy with them and when I had a $13,800 repair bill they paid nothing zero Nada! They didn't pay one dime.
