Its a warranty service, so while not technically a scam - you can use semantics and essentially say it is. They will deny claims - and do everything to do & when you cancel, good luck getting any money back. The cancellation process is also outdated, purposefully I assume. Its 2026 - I should not have to print something out then scan/mail it. Just let me cancel it.

I bought an eight year plan on my vette. Dont vknow ifit was worth it yet. Ive seen alot of negativity on the remarks.Hopefully when the time comes i dont get denied.The sales team were very profesional.

The first **** who transferred was not willing to wait to hear what I needed. While in the cancellation department, the manager, ******, assisted me. I was informed that if I do not notarize the odometer reading they would continue to send me a bill for collection of the warranty. I am unable to get the odometer reading because the car was totaled. I will never get a warranty from this company. I wasted $1200+, and this is the service.

My first repair after 5 almost 6 months of payments and I was have to say Endurance warranty services is the absolute worst. Not only did claims department drag things out for a week but a repair in the contract that was supposed to be covered was denied. On a separate claim submitted later they wanted to use an outdated foreign part that was JUNK according to my mechanic!Don't contact Endurance if you need reliable timely maintenance on your vehicles. (I had 2 vehicles under contract)

Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE customer **********************! This jackleg crooked business should not be allowed to operate. I paid monthly for two years then when I had a claim they claim an error in the contract and won't pay. Customer ********************** person ****** WAS RUDE, CONDESCENDING AND ZERO HELP .I WAS TOLD I WOULD HEAR BACK BY 5PM, THEN TOLD IT WOULD BE AT LEAST 4 DAYS BEFORE IT WAS EVEN LOOKED AT.AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I took out this contract to cover my 2016 ***** Colorado. When it was totaled in October 2025 I contracted them to cancel the coverage. I was told that as we had not ever used the warranty coverage we were entitled to a full refund of monies paid as well as the extra $300 I paid for the Elite program. I have tried to get these funds since December 2025. Finally they told me they would have an amount by Feb 3rd or 4th of 2026. Denied my claim because two numbers were off. Then they failed to cross check the vin with carfax and then did not notify me if there was an error. Now I have to give my car back to the bank because they denied my claim and the failed to send me a hard copy of the contract for review as I requested by mail they are a rip off

I purchased Endurance for car protection. The first time I tried to use the warranty, January 2025, I was told the services was not covered. So, I upgraded to the higher service. Two weeks ago, I went to file a claim for my transmission and was told I needed to provide one service receipt for a specific service that had nothing to do with my transmission. Endurance agents make you feel like you are not buying car warranty but selling car warranty to them and they are the buyer. They are predatory dont give you contract to look at and keep on speaking by themselves praising themself at how good they are. Try calling them and you will know what I mean. Thank me later.
