Endurance has shown a complete lack of credibility and follow-through. I canceled my contract on October 23rd and was promised a refund estimate and refund within eight weeks. Months later, I have received neither.Every call ends with a new promise that someone will follow up, but no one ever does. There has been no communication, no refund, and no accountability.Based on my experience, Endurance does not honor its commitments or provide the support they claim to offer.

I would not recommend Endurance warranty service. I have a 2012 ************* E350 that when I bought it was in perfect running order and I had no issue with it and I had paid $12000 on my car.they want to cancel my warranty. And their excuse is they ran a Carfax and found out there was a miles discrepancy. I paid my fee every month for a year, then, when I had to file a claim, they denied it. They claimed that I did not maintain my car, even though I have proof that I did. This company is a total rip off!

Score would be a minus 10. This is a huge scam. My husband is a 30 YEAR ** MASTER MECHANIC for **** and ********. Our ***** had a well known issue with the cam and cheap lifters. The engine dropped 1 cylinder. We reported it to endurance. Jumped thru their hoops and they refused to pay for the new engine because we always changed our oil every 5k miles. I do not recommend them for an extended warranty company. They deny claims and most people take them to court to get their refunds and car repaired. It would be a waste of money because I am telling you this because I wasted my own money to this company who will not help cover my repairs. Its not worth it.

Worst experience ever. Most shops wont accept the warranty even thou they claim everyone will. They dont pay shops labor rate as advertised. You can not pay out of pocket and get reimbursed, Like my endurance salesman said. I took to shop for them to give approval and green light, once motor was taken apart they denied claim.
