These scammers got my info from somewhere, even the WRONG info (I never give my middle name to anybody, but they seem to think that's my first name??), and are trying to get me to sign up for some extended warranty program.- I have no idea where they got the idea I purchased a vehicle.- I have no idea where they got my name and address (and the WRONG one at that).- I have no idea why they're sending me mail trying to get money out of me.Even if I did have a vehicle, my service contract would be with the dealer, not with some... read more

I purchased an Endurance Auto Warranty and have not filed a claim. Perhaps a dozen times I've received telemarketing calls from the wanting me to modify or change the policy. Telling them no does not satisfy the pesty calls I get frequently. Based on this, I would NOT RECOMMEND purchasing a plan with them. Just plain annoying.

Called Endurance to cancel my contract (EPPRE84396813) at 12:09 pm on 1/26/26. Agent responding started to argue loudly when I asked that my contract be cancelled. Proceeded to offer reasons as to why I needed to keep contract, even though I had already asked my contract be cancelled and that I had no intentions to keep it regardless as to what he was saying. I've had Endurance for 10 months and never filed a claim until two weeks ago. This is going on the third week and car is still in the shop and can't get any assistance from Endurance. I have a transmission problem and they only want to pay for one part and not the other parts listed in my contract. I've paid them $280 a month for ten months to only get horrible customer ********************** with no assistance. Anyone looking to deal with these people please beware.

BUYERS BEWARE! They refuse to stand behind what they are selling and refuse to honor their contracts for no valid reason. Our truck has been at the sop since November and they refuse to pay for covered components, DO YOUR RESEARCH as there are MULTIPLE bad reviews out there about them now, to include a class action lawsuit filed in their own state of ********.

My first impression was not great because I wasn't given options for plans other than to one plan that covered just about nothing on my vehicle. No printed information that I called for. I was only read things at a fast pace and was told I should hurry up so that you don't have to worry about any of those expensive repairs. He made it sound like just about everything was covered on my truck when in reality that was not true. Sent me a letter in the mail as a scare-tactic saying my plan was going to increase by ******* dollars if I did not call. I do not have any sort of account with **********************. I was concerned this was connected to my car payment. I called and they tried to have me buy an extended warranty.

Endurance Warranty is completely unreliable. After paying into this warranty and following every step they required, my claim was ultimately denied after months of delays, repeated document requests, and endless back-and-forth.They drag the process out, keep asking for the same information, and then deny the claim anyway. This feels like a deliberate strategy to wear customers down rather than honor the contract. So I got the extended warranty from endurance. The salesman on the initial call made a lot of promises and I was sold on the service.Within the last four days, I had an air-conditioning heater problem. And was denied a claim, based on a claim adjuster who immediately claimed it was the seal or gasket that was the issue and is not covered under my warranty.
