I was originally sent a letter that made me nervous, so I called. They told me theres no way my extended coverage through the dealership ( on a used car) covered what they were offering. I wasnt sure, and wanted to check. I should have known when she said I could only get the special price if I did it right now. And that there was a no risk policy if I wanted to cancel , full refund. Received a letter that my extended vehicle service plan was going to raise in price. I have already paid my car off a year ago and paid my plan in full so I wanted to talk to them to make sure I still had coverage and need to do nothing else. I have been a customer of ********************** since 2023 for my 2017 Dodge Ram Truck. It is such a well made vehicle that, until recently have had no major problems. Buyers beware! My family normally carries extended warranties on our vehicles. I called Endurance and took. out a policy. After starting the policy we had some major expenses arrive. Per the policy you have a free 30 day cancellation window. I called to cancel policy and this was the worst experience I have ever had with a company. It literally turned into a 30 minute argument. They did cancel it but only after I threatened legal action. Truly an aweful experience.

I have never had a warranty from Endurance. But I keep getting junk mail from them with my name and address about an increase in price. Ive tried mailing them notices to stop the unwanted mail. Finally today I decided to call the phone number on the letter. I gave my name and the finder code from the letter and asked to have my name removed. I purchased a 2020 *** X5 at the end of August and also purchased a warranty with Endurance. The vehicle had about 51k miles on it when I purchased it. In December I started feeling a vibration so I took it to my mechanic and they determined it was the transfer case. I called to cancel my warranty and the guy I spoke with kept talking over me. When I called him out on it and said he was being rude he became defensive and argumentative. Im a widow on a fixed income and just wanted to cancel the warranty. I think his name was ****. I understand that it's in the company's best interest to hold on to their customers but I felt bullied.
