I have tried everything in my power to get help from someone at this company and have only gotten the runaround. Are truck has been setting in the shop since the 12/14/2025 and have done everything the inspection and endurance has ask from use. The inspector has only been very difficult to deal with on getting him to respond took 5 days from the start to get him out and has went back 3 times to get info that he forgot to do. Had trouble with my payment on December 14th through line 5 which handles the payments endurance would not work with me on the payment so I had to go ahead and payment on five asked me to ask endurance to defer and they said they would not defer the payment of December they would not work with me at all

I called to cancel my policy after receiving the plan booklet. The man i spoke with was rude, wouldn't let me talk, and continued to argue with me 7ntil I finally hung up. He never acknowledged if he canceled my policy as I repeatedly requested. He just wanted to argue with my comments. I also told him the customer ********************** phone number on my id card was a misprint and the wrong number. When a company gives their word and you in good faith believe they will honor their promises plus pay on time and a substantial amount of money only for Endurance to not honor it. I feel in good faith I have been defrauded,lied to and scammed as a result of their denial of my claim. The blower motor went out on my daughter's car and after we took the car to a mechanic, we were told by endurance that this part is not covered in the plan after the plan was sold that it covered all of the componets of the car

Not what they say , they told me because my timing chain is making a noise that they wouldn't cover it. Because it's not broken if I was to keep driving it with the timing chain making noise, then the motor would go bad, they didn't agree with me. They said it has to be broke to be covered./n They are not what they say, they are so I spent over twelve hundred dollars out of my pocket to get it fixed

Terrible seeing that they are denying my Transmission claim due a recommended oil filter change. Not a required change in the **** manual. I've shown receipts for the **************** being changed by the dealership and still denying the claim. The **** dealership had me ask Endurance to call them and they are refusing to. Don't waste your money on this scam auto warranty.

I paid into Endurance from May 2024 to Sep 2025. I then cancelled after my engine seized, and the dealership put a new engine in with the warranty still remaining. I did not hear anything regarding a refund. Months went by. I called again, only for them to send me a fabricated refund request that showed I took out a claim, which I never did. The one time I tried, my dealership said it was denied, and I had to pay out of pocket. Endurance is saying they paid the claim, but I paid out of pocket. The worst insurance I have had... Had a bad wheel bearing which is part of drive train. They say they cover drive train but not the wheel bearing because they consider it suspension. Then I asked to talk to a supervisor the lady on phone would not give me supervisor and sat there and argued with me. Then the engine is using oil not leaking it. So something is bad in engine cause it to burn oil and they tell me they don't cover oil consumption but they cover engine and transmission. So I'm just sitting here trying to figure o... read more
