Endurance Warranty has demonstrated gross negligence, incompetence, and a complete disregard for its customers. I wish that I had taken the time to read reviews. I would have never used this company. I got the insurance based on the false advertisement in the commercials. I had to file a claim for my alternator, they don't even handle the claims. The contract them out. The repair shop that they suggested quoted me $1250 for repair. They only are willing to pay ~$550 because they went online and found the part cheaper. I told them to send me the part and I would have a mechanic put it in for me. Denies all claims and won't fix your vehicle. Whatever you do, don't buy a warranty from Endurance, do your homework look up reviews online, so many unhappy people.

This company presents a an Extended Warranty company wherein you do not have to worry about car repairs. They do not fix your car they go through excessive claims process (when it should take 48 hours per your contract), then they come back and advise due to NADA trade-in in value they can not honor your repair as they devalue your vehicle trade in value hence they wont honor the repair fo ryour 10k transmission repair require due to Limits of Liability - which they do not advise of (until you need a large repair). We have a vehicle warranty for our Jeep Wrangler. The heater core was clogged so we wanted to have it replaced. The repair shop sent an invoice for the replacement and this company denied the invoice because it was clogged even though it was supposed to be covered. Now we have to pay $3,000 to replace the heater core. They made excuses for the denial of the repair. Endurance seems to be a good thing to have but I had a radiator issue and they disappointed me and that part wasn't on the list so one more thing and they don't fix it I'm leaving but ****** today was great he answered my questions and got me together.

Upon cancellation of a contract there is a forum hidden at the bottom of the email they send to you. If you dont see it and dont print it out and get it notarized and scanned and sent back into them they will continue to charge your account. Its definitely a creative way to s**** over your customers. But in all, extremely unprofessional and should be stated upon signup that cancellation is not as easy as stated and if you miss the hidden sheet at the bottom they will continue charging you hundreds of dollars.

I was lied to about the services they offer and have proof. A sales *** lied to me to get me to purchase a warranty and I did, when I went to use the warranty it was not what he said and I had to pay out of pocket. They listened to our phone conversation and admitted that he did lie to me and still would not reimburse me. Terrible business and fraud, Im going to file a lawsuit!
