Truly they deserve no stars. After paying off my policy thinking I had peace of mind. When my vehicle had an issue the truth comes out. One of the top reasons for purchasing this policy I find out its not covered like I was initially told it would. So I cancel the policy and pay out of pocket for repair. Website FAQ states they cover sales tax, but fail to mention some states aren't covered. They didn't disclose this during the sales call.They approved 2 hours of work for 6 hours of labor. Look elsewhere for warranty service. This aint the company to do business with.. Very pushy and aggressive salesman and ***** who stated he was a supervisor in the cancellation department has a very bad attitude and likes to over talk you on the telephonevery over priced warranty service.

Hello people considering using Endurance for your warranty and piece of mind. Id like to advise you that if you have an issue, Endurance will do anything in their power to deny your claim. They insist on full tear down that youll have to pay for so they can find a reason to call it pre-existing. Endurance will offer you a service to replace key fobs and tires etc., but when your mechanic tries to get pre approval theyll give them wrong phone numbers and its a 3rd party anyway. Please use any other company for your needs!

I got a letter from them saying my vehicle protection plan was going up and I needed to call. But I don't have a plan with them. It was just a phishing scam.

very disappointed to learn that a necessary seatbelt repair was NOT A COVERED EXPENSE. A SEATBELT. required by law and for safety and they bragged about how well their policies covered any and all repairs needed on the vehicle, but, somehow this is not covered. what a SCAM this company is. was a con job from the beginning. they wouldn’t show the contract because if i signed up right then i was bribed with an upgrade and a discount. what good is an upgrade and a discount if something as important as a seatbelt is even covered... read more

A couple of weeks ago, I received a quote for the Supreme Warranty from Endurance for my 2023 Ram 2500. The representative I spoke with was helpful and provided the information I requested. I explained that I wasnt ready to sign a $5,000 contract within minutes, especially since reading a long agreement with fine print on my phone would be difficult.
