EPOPSNOW has been excellent for our community club. Set up was straight forward, reports are excellent and comprehensive. We now have a lot of very useful data which was unavailable to us previously and on a timely basis. The system was easily adopted by our volunteer staff. It has also enabled greater flexibility in our member offer.

I have been facing a printer issue since last week. Every agent I contacted tried to avoid the issue. One customer service executive asked me to send a video and then ended the call. Another executive told me they would raise a ticket, and the hardware team would reach out, but nothing happened.
